Dietzpower ships with DHL, DPD, GLS and by freight forwarder. The respective shipping costs depend on the article and its weight. If, contrary to expectations, a product is not available at short notice, the buyer will be informed immediately by the seller. Please note that countries that are not part of the European Union may charge customs duties on your order.
Delivery conditions:
Delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2 - 7 days if available, and for deliveries abroad within 7-12 days after conclusion of the contract. Please note that no deliveries can be made on Sundays and public holidays. The delivery times stated refer only to items with an available warehouse and inventory. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send your goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. Shipment
To return your product, you must send your product to: Ludwigplatz 10, Plattling, Bavaria, 94447, Germany.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
If you are sending an item valued over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
